Kasper App Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Kasper app ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. User Accounts

a. You may need to create an account to use certain features of the Kasper App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

b. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3. File Uploads

a. Users may have the ability to upload files to the Kasper App.

b. By uploading files, you agree that you have the necessary rights to share and distribute the content. You also agree not to upload any files that violate applicable laws or infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

c. Bayaq PLT reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any uploaded files that violate these Terms and Conditions.

d. Bayaq PLT is not responsible for the content of files uploaded by users and disclaims all liability arising from such content.

4. Subscription Services

a. Users may have the option to purchase subscription services through the Kasper App.

b. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as outlined in the subscription plan you selected.

c. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled by the user.

d. Bayaq PLT reserves the right to change subscription fees upon notice to users.

e. Users can cancel their subscription at any time, and the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

f. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods or unused services.

5. Use of the App

a. You agree to use the Kasper App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

b. You may not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

6. Intellectual Property

a. All content and materials available in the Kasper App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Bayaq PLT and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy Policy

a. Your use of the Kasper App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Kasper App at any time without notice for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Kasper App after any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
